Beef Boogie Woogie

10-3/4 oz. cream of mushroom soup
1/2 C. red wine
1 packet beefy onion soup mix (Lipton)
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
2 lb. stew beef
8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
8 oz. baby carrots

Mix sauce ingredients in cooker. Add meat, carrots, and mushrooms, and stir. Cook on high 4 hours and low 4 hours. [or just low for about 8 to 10 hours] Serves 4.
