Vino Venison

1 layer of red onions sliced
1 layer of venison
1 layer of sliced green peppers
a splash of garlic powder
1 layer of venison
a splash of salt and pepper
a layer of yellow onions
a splash of oregano
1 layer of venison
Top with fresh baby Portobello mushrooms
a splash of red onions and a splash of green peppers
1 bottle of cheap merlot wine.


Cook on low for 6-8 hour in the slow cooker.
