Pepper and Provolone Italian Beef Sandwiches

6 lb. rump roast
2 pkg. Au Jus Gravy Mix
2 pkg. Italian Dressing Mix
2 cans beef broth
1 green pepper sliced
1 onion quartered


Put all ingredients in a slow cooker, cook on high for 5 hours. Serve it sliced on sub buns with the onions and peppers and a slice of provolone cheese.
