Beefy Chip Dip
1 lb lean ground beef
3 cups grated Monterey Jack
4 oz (can) chopped green chilies
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup medium or hot salsa
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Brown beef, drain and mash to break up. Put into slow cooker. Add other ingredients. Stir & cover. Cook on LOW for 1-3/4 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until warm. Serve with tacos, corn chips or pita strips. Makes 4 cups.
