Ham and Scalloped Potatoes
1 ts Cream of tartar
Potatoes; thinly sliced
1 sl Cooked ham
Onions; sliced thin
1 Salt and pepper to taste
2 c American cheese; grated
2 cn Cream of celery soup
Toss sliced potatoes in cream of tartar and 2 cups water. drain. Put half of ham, potatoes and onions in slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then grated cheese. repeat with remaining half. Spoon undiluted soup over top. Sprinkle with paprika, cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours. (or HIGH for 4 hours).
