Chicken and Herbs
4 bone-in chicken breasts
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dried crushed oregano, or 2 tsp. fresh
1 crushed garlic clove
2 tsp. fresh thyme, or 1 tsp. dried, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Combine ingredients and pour on top of chicken breasts, which have been placed in slow cooker. Cook on low for 5 hours. Serves 4.
