1 1/4 Lb Salmon Fillet
1 Tsp Chopped Chives
1/2 C Chopped Celery
1 Bay Leaf
1/4 Tsp Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 C Apple Juice
1/2 C Water
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Lay salmon in slow cooker. Sprinkle chives, celery and bay leaf beside salmon. Stir remaining ingredients together in bowl. Pour over salmon. Cover and cook on Low for 3-4 hours or on High for 2 hours. Cook until salmon flakes with fork. Discard bay leaf.
