Jiffy Shrimp Newburg

1 10 3/4 oz. can cream of shrimp soup
1 5 oz. can evaporated milk or cream
1 4 1/2 oz. can shrimp, drained
1 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 T dry sherry
2 egg yolks, beaten

Place all ingredients except egg yolks in slow cooker. Stir thoroughly. Cover and cook 3-4 hours. Stir once or twice. Stir in egg yolks during last hour. Serve over hot rice, chow mien noodles or in puff pastry shells.
