Malaysian Turkey Cutlets

1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1/3 cup fresh mint leaves
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon chili oil
1 clove garlic crushed
1 pound turkey breast cutlets


Process cilantro, mint, soy sauce, vegetable oil, chili oil and garlic in a food processor until finely chopped. Brush on all sides of turkey and place in a 3 1/2 quart slow cooker. Pour any remaining sauce over turkey. Cover and cook on low about 4 hours or until turkey is tender. Makes 5-6 servings.
