4 c Peeled, sliced apples
1/2 c Brown sugar
3/4 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Salt
2 tb Instant tapioca
Juice of 1 lemon
1 c Boiling water
In medium bowl, toss apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and tapioca until evenly coated. Place apples in slow cooker. Pour lemon juice over top. Pour in boiling water. Cook on high for 3-4 hours. Serves 4
