Lazy Day Cranberry Relish

2 c Sugar
1 c Orange juice
1 ts Grated orange peel
4 c Fresh or frozen cranberries

In a slow cooker, combine sugar, orange juice and peel; stir until sugar is dissolved. Add the cranberries. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Mash the mixture. Chill several hours or overnight. Yield: 10 to 12 servings (3 cups)
