Beef Stew German Style

1 1/2 lb Stew Meat
2 tb Flour
1/2 ts Celery Salt
1/4 ts Garlic Powder
1/2 ts Ground Ginger
1/4 ts Pepper
16 oz Can Tomatoes
2 c Carrots; thinly sliced
1/4 c Sherry
1/4 c Dark Molasses
1/4 c Raisins
1 x Noodles; hot cooked

Brown beef in cooker. Combine celery salt, four, garlic powder, ginger and pepper. Sprinkle over beef. Combine carrots, tomatoes, wine, and molasses and pour over ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours. Add raisins 30 minutes before serving. , Serve on hot cooked noodles.
