Sausage Bean Quickie
4 brown 'n serve sausage links - (to 6) -- cooked, and cut into 1" pieces
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
2 cans red kidney or baked beans - (16 oz ea) -- drained
1 can pineapple chunks - (7 oz) -- undrained
2 teaspoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons flour
Combine sausage, vinegar, beans and pineapple in slow cooker. Mix brown sugar with flour and add; stir well. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 4 to 10 hours (not a typo) or on HIGH setting for 1 to 2 hours.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
