6 c Apples; sliced
1 1/2 c Flour
1 c Brown sugar
1 1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/4 ts Nutmeg
3/4 c Margarine
1/4 ts Ginger
Grease slow cooker. Line bottom of slow cooker with apple slices. Mix flour, sugar, spices and margarine in a bowl. Cover apple slices with mixture. Cover and cook at 280 degrees F for 2-1/2 hours. Serve topped with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
