Baked Apples

8 Apples
1/3 c Raisins
1/3 c Chopped pecans
1/3 c Brown sugar, packed
1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Nutmeg
2 tb Margarine
1/2 c Apple cider
1 tb Lemon juice

Combine raisins, pecans, and brown sugar. Peel top 1/3 of apples. Remove and discard cores. Fill cavities with the raisin/pecan mixture. Place in slow cooker. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg; dot with margarine. Add cider and lemon juice. Cook on low for 8 hours to overnight. Yield - 8 servings.
