Cottage Ham (Pork Butt)
2 pounds smoked boneless pork shoulder butt - (to 2 1/2 lbs)
2 cups water
6 whole cloves
4 whole peppercorns
1 celery stalk -- cut up
1 carrot -- peeled, sliced
Put all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW heat 6 to 8 hours or HIGH 3 to 4 hours. Drain and serve.
