Beef Curry

1 lb Stew or fondue beef -- cut into 1"cubes
2 tb Curry powder
1 oz Unsweetened chocolate
1/4 c Molasses
1/4 c Tomato sauce
1 qt Orange juice -- (or more)
Salt & pepper -- to taste
3 tb Oil

Brown stew meat in oil. When meat is lightly browned add curry and continue browning. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer about 1 hour, continuing to add juice (water or orange juice) as needed. A pressure cooker or slow cooker can be used to hasten stirring. Serve with rice and mixed vegetables or chutney
