Mexican Black Eyed Peas

4 cn Black eyed peas
1 lb Pork sausage
1 Onion; chopped
1 Bell pepper; chopped
1 c Chopped celery
1 cn Diced tomatoes
1 1/2 ts Garlic salt
1 tb Chili powder
2 tb Brown sugar
salt & pepper

Brown and drain sausage. Sauté onion, bell pepper, and celery. Put all ingredients in slow cooker and add some water if needed. Cook on low for 2 hours.
