Peaches In Bourbon

6-8 peaches, peeled
6-8 whole cloves
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. Bourbon whisky

Insert a clove into each of the peaches, place in cooker. Mix sugar, water & whisky; pour over peaches. Cook on high 3-4 hours or low 5. Yield: 6-8 servings.
