2 medium onions
4 -5 pound turkey breast
2 cups water
1 [16 ounce] bottle barbecue sauce
1 onion chopped
10 drops Tabasco sauce
The night before serving, put 1 sliced onion in slow cooker. Add turkey, water or 1 bottle BBQ sauce which will add more flavor. Top with 1 sliced onion. Cover and cook on low 10 - 12 hours, or until meat falls apart. Drain contents of slow cooker in colander. Remove any bones and fat; discard onions. Return turkey to slow cooker. Add chopped onion, 2nd bottle of barbecue sauce and Tabasco sauce. Cover and cook remainder of day on low, or 1 - 3 hours on high. Serve on warm buns.
