Hot Hamburger Dip

1 pound hamburger -- crumbled and browned
1 can bean dip
1 onion -- chopped
1 pound velveeta cheese -- cubed
1 can tomato sauce -- (8 oz. )

Place all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook on low ten to twelve hours or on high five hours. Watch for scorching at high setting. Set on low to keep warm. Serve with chips or use for hotdog topping.
