1 pk (1. 12 ounces) Meat Marinade
1 c (275 ml) ketchup
1/3 c (90. 75 ml) orange juice
2 - 3 pounds; (0. 91 kg) boneless chuck roast
Combine Marinade, ketchup and orange juice. Set aside.
Trim excess fat from roast; place in slow cooker. Pour marinade mixture over roast. Cover and cook on low 8-9 hours on high or 4-5 hours on low.
Carefully remove roast from slow cooker onto a dish. Shred meat with fork. Stir sauce and spoon over meat. Side dishes: Hamburger rolls; corn-on-the-cob; potato salad
