Corned Beef In Brew

6 Md Potatoes -- peel, quarter
3 Md Onions
1 C Carrots -- slice thin
1 C Beer
1 3/4 Lb Corned beef brisket -- trim excess fat

Place potatoes and onions in the bottom of slow cooker. Place carrots on top of potatoes and onions. Salt and pepper to taste. Place brisket on top of the vegetables. Pour beer over all. Cover and cook on low heat for 9-11 hours.
