Cajun Pot Roast

1 (2-3 lb. ) chuck or pot roast
1 cup Wishbone Italian salad dressing
3 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp Season All
1 tbsp black pepper
4 ozs. water

Marinate the roast in Italian salad dressing by placing in a self-sealing plastic bag in the refrigerator overnight.

In the morning, remove roast from the bag and brown it in olive oil over medium-high heat on all sides.

Sprinkle generously with Season All and black pepper.

Place the roast in the slow cooker and add water, along with a small portion of the marinade. Cook on Low for 8 hours.

Makes 6-8 servings.
