Beef

4 pounds roast - (to 5 lbs) -- coarsely chopped
3 teaspoons beef bouillon
1 garlic clove -- minced
2 tablespoons Italian salad dressing


Place roast in slow cooker. Add all other ingredients and enough water to cover beef. Cook on LOW for 8 hours. Shred beef, serve on buns or garlic bread.
