Beef Barley Bake

1 pound round steak -- cut in 1" pieces
3/4 cup quick barley
1 can golden mushroom soup
1/2 soup can water
8 ounces fresh sliced mushrooms - (to 12 oz)

Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker; mix well. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
