1-1 1/2 lbs Boneless Chuck Steak
1 Potato per person, peeled
1 Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
3/4 can water
dash Soy Sauce
Slice peeled potatoes lengthwise to about 1/4 " thickness. Place in bottom of slow cooker that has been sprayed with vegetable spray (such as PAM).
Remove all traces of fat from meat and cut into portions. Place on top of potatoes.
Pour on the can of soup and 3/4 can water. Sprinkle it with a dash or two of soy sauce, cover and cook for about 4 hours on high, without peeking.
