Brisket with Green Beans and Potatoes

3 pounds beef brisket
1 1/2 pounds green beans
6 potatoes -- peeled, quartered
1/4 teaspoon marjoram -- crumbled
Salt -- to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper -- to taste

Wipe meat and place in large slow cooker. Cover with about 2 cups water. Vegetables may be added to the meat in the slow cooker along with seasonings. Cook on LOW for 1O hours.
