Short Ribs with Wine

3 lb. short ribs
1 med. onion, sliced
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Fat for browning
Salt & pepper as desired
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. burgundy or other red wine

Cut ribs into 3 or 4 inch long sections and brown in a skillet. Place in slow cooker and add all other ingredients. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
