Flank Steak with Gravy

1 flank steak, about 3 pounds
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 packet onion soup mix


Combine soups along with 1 soup can full of water. Put a couple of spoonfuls in bottom of slow cooker.

Rub flank steak with fresh pepper and roll it up loosely so it fits into slow cooker. Cover with rest of soup mixture.

Cook 8-10 hours on low.

Note: You may prepare stuffing (scratch or a mix like Stovetop) and shape flank steak around it. Slice to serve, with stuffing in the middle, and spoon gravy over top.
