2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut small
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp chili
1/4 tsp garam masala
2 cups half and half
2 cups tomato sauce
2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/4 tsp mango powder
1/8 tsp meat curry masala
1/8 tsp cumin powder
Fry onion, garlic and ginger in 5 tbsp oil, then mix with other spices and tomato sauce. cook 4 minutes.
Put chicken pieces on bottom of slow cooker and then pour tomato mixture over chicken. cook on low 4 hours or until chicken is done.
Add half and half and stir. Turn slow cooker to high for about 15 minutes then remove cover and cook on high until sauce is semi thick.
Add melted butter and stir. serve with rice or naan.
