Garlic Meatballs In Lemon Sauce

1 1/2 lbs mince beef
3 slices bread, torn into soft crumbs
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
2 Tbsp chopped mint
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
pepper to taste
2 eggs


Lemon Sauce:
8 oz can tomato sauce
grated rind of 2 lemons
1/4 cup lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp minced mint


Combine all ingredients for the meatballs and form into walnut-sized balls. Place in slow cooker. Mix the sauce ingredients together and pour over the meatballs. Cover and cook on LOW 4 - 6 hours.

Serve with rice.
