1 lb stew beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 cups lg. diced potatoes
1 cup sliced carrots
1/4 cup celery
4 cups spicy V-8 juice
1 (14-oz) can tomatoes, undrained
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
In large skillet, cook beef & onion until meat is browned and onion is tender
In slow cooker, combine meat , potatoes, carrots, vegetable juice, celery, undrained tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Cook on Low 8-10 hours or on High 4-5 hours.
