4 chicken breasts
1 lg. can chicken broth or homemade
1 white onion cut up
2 lg. carrots, peeled and cut into 4ths
1 can of Irish potatoes - drained
Wash chicken, season with salt well inside and out.
Lay veggies on bottom of pot.
Put chicken on top, cover with broth.
Cook for high 5-6 hours or slow cook 8-10 hours
