3 lbs beef short ribs
Salt and pepper
Flour
2 medium onions sliced
1 cup water
Roll short ribs in seasoned flour:
1 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Brown well in large skillet. Put browned ribs in slow cooker. Add sliced onions and water. Cover and cook on low 7 to 10 hours. (High 4 to 6 hours) Remove meat to platter. Thicken gravy.
