1 carrots -- thinly slice (1 to 2 )
1 celery stalks -- thinly slice (1 to 2 )
1 onion -- sliced
1 chicken cut up into parts (or 2 chicken breasts if you only like white meat)
1 package powdered bouillon
Put vegetables in slow cooker. Place Chicken on top. Sprinkle with bouillon and seasonings, add 1/4 cup water and cook on low 8 hours. This is much like a delicious roasted chicken.
