Swedish Meatballs

2 pounds ground beef
1 medium onion, minced
2 eggs
1/2 cup oatmeal
2/3 cup milk
2 1/2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup beef stock
yoghurt


Mix together the beef, onion, eggs, oatmeal, milk, parsley, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Shape into small balls. Place on a baking try and bake in a 450 degrees oven for about 15 minutes. Put into the slow cooker. Pour the beef stock over the meat balls. Cover and cook on the low setting for 1 1/2 hours. Serve yoghurt spooned on top. Serves 6.
