Hot Cooked Cereal
1 cup EACH: Barley/Steel cut Oats/Wheat Berries
10 cups water
1 banana/1 apple/ 1 handful of dried cranberries
1 handful pecans
1 large pad of butter/ brown sugar and cinnamon to taste
Put in slow cooker just before bedtime, cook on low all night. Serve with milk (skim is fine) when serving. Reheats well in the microwave.
