1/3 cup oats (regular not quick)
1/3 cup each of two of the following : Oat bran, couscous, quinnel, buckwheat, grouts, cracked wheat, rolled barley, granola, or other grain
1/2 - 1 cup of raisins
2 1/2 cups of water
a good sprinkle of cinnamon
Spray the small slow cooker with cooking spray (sides and bottom), put the grains and cinnamon in, add water, put lid on, and plug in/start before you go to bed . Let it cook while you sleep and wake up to a nice pot of oatmeal mix in the morning
