Hot Cranberry Punch

1 quart apple juice
1 quart cranberry juice
6 whole cloves
4 lemon herbal tea bags
1 cinnamon stick
lemon slices for garnish

Pour the juices into a slow cooker. Add the cloves, tea and cinnamon. Cover and cook on low until hot, about 3 hours. Remove the cinnamon and tea bags. Ladle into mugs and garnish each serving with a lemon slice.
