Apple Crisp

1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup butter
4 cups of peeled and sliced apples


Lightly butter the slow cooker and place apple slices on the base. Combine flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon and cut in butter, using a pastry blender or knife. Sprinkle this mixture over the apples. Cover and cook on Low for 5-6 hours.
