1 4 to 5 pound roast
1 24 ounce bottle ketchup
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped
2 to 3 stalks celery chopped
1/2 cup brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Chile powder to taste if desired
Trim fat from roast. Pat dry and place in slow cooker. Mix together all remaining ingredients and pour over roast. Cook on low for 10 to 12 hours. Shred with forks. Great for sandwiches.
