A 1 Roast

5-lb. "roast" beef
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 sm. bottle A-1 sauce (oz. ?)
1 envelope onion soup mix


Put roast in slow cooker. Spread Cream of Mushroom soup evenly over the top of the meat. Pour A-1 over that, being careful that the mushroom soup doesn't come off the meat. Sprinkle onion soup mix over all. Add about 1/3 c. water along the edges (so the soup-sauce mix doesn't come off the meat)

Cook on low about 9 hours.
