Barbecue Beef

1.5 lb Chuck roast (or other cuts of beef)
2 c Ketchup or 2 c Bar b q sauce; your favorite
2 tb Honey
1 cn Beer; your favorite
1 pk Lipton onion soup mix

Place all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on high 3-4 hours or low 4-8 hours. Shred meat and serve on buns. Yield: 6 Servings
