Easy Cheesy Kielbasa with Beans
1 lb. ground chuck
1 large green bell pepper, diced
1 large onion, chopped
1 lb. kielbasa sausage, thinly sliced
1 (10 1/2 oz. ) cans tomato soup, undiluted
1 (14 1/4 oz. ) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (10 oz. ) can diced tomato and green chiles, undrained
4 (16 oz. ) cans pinto beans, undrained
4 (15 oz. ) cans pork and beans, undrained
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cups (8 oz. ) shredded Cheddar cheese
Cook ground chuck, green pepper & onion in a stockpot over medium-high heat, stirring until meat crumbles & is no longer pink. Remove from pot, & drain. Brown kielbasa in stockpot; drain. Place ground chuck mixture, kielbasa & next 7 ingredients in a 5-quart slow cooker. Cook, covered, at low 8-10 hours. Stir in cheese just before serving. Yield: 12 servings.
