Beef Pot Roast

3 1/2 to 4 lbs beef chuck or blade roast
1 tbsp dry minced onion
1 tsp seasoning salt
1 tsp pepper

Place roast in pot. Sprinkle with onion, salt and pepper. Cover pot and place on base. Roast at Setting #3 for 7 to 8 hours. Meat juices may be used for gravy. Keep warm for serving as setting #2. Makes 6-8 servings.
