Beef Barbecue

1/2 cup water
6 pound chuck roast
About 1-1 1/2 cups chopped celery
3 medium onions, chopped
1 14 ounce bottle catsup
4 Tbsp barbecue sauce
3 Tbsp cider vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke

Place all ingredients in a slow cooker. Start on high then turn down and let cook all day. Pull the meat apart with a fork and serve on buns. Makes about 40 servings. This also freezes well.
