Caldo Mexican Warmer Upper
3 flank steaks
6 peeled potatoes
3 corn on the cob
1 large onion
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro
Cut potatoes, corn on the cob, zucchini, onion and turnip in half. Fill slow cooker about half way with warm water and add the bouillon cubes. Stir until dissolved. Add whole steaks and halved vegetables. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro. Cook for about 6 hours on LOW. Eat as a soup or serve as a hot dish.
