Beef and Pea Pods

1 pound flank steak
10 ounces beef broth
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 bunch green onion -- sliced
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons cold water
7 ounces frozen Chinese pea pods


Slice flank steak diagonally across the grain. Combine steak, broth, soy sauce, ginger, and onions in slow cooker. Cover; cook on low for 5-7 hours. Turn heat to high. Combine the cornstarch and cold water. Stir into slow cooker. Cook on high for 15 minutes. Add peapods and cook for another 5-10 minutes or until heated through.

Serve over rice or noodles. Can Be frozen.
