Stroganoff

2 lb Flank or round steak; slice -1/4" strips, 2" long
Salt and pepper
1 Onion; sliced
1 clove Garlic; minced
1 cn Mushrooms; sliced
2 cup Beef broth
1 tsp Ketchup
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp Flour
2 Tbsp Butter
1 cup Sour cream


Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper and place in the slow cooker. Mix the remaining ingredients, except the flour, butter and sour cream and stir in with the beef. Cover and cook on low 7 to 8 hours. Place the slow cooker on high and stir in flour and butter which have been blended together. Stir until thickened. Turn off the heat and add the sour cream.
